The screenshot is taken from another MuchMusic feature from 2008 (an interview with Colin), which had a very brief clip from this otherwise unknown interview. The atease news mentioned that on july 14th 2003 there was a feature on Hail to the Thief, and it's likely that this interview was aired then. It was probably held during the band's stay in Canada in early june 2003.
