The screenshot is taken from another arte feature from 2006, which had a very brief clip from this otherwise unknown interview. The arte website says that on june 14th 2003 there was a feature on Hail to the Thief, and it's likely that this interview was aired then. It was probably held during the promotional activities in april and may 2003.
