The song appeared on the summer 1990 demo compilation tape. Colin "sings" the verses, ranting like Captain Beefheart, while Thom tries to keep it together during the choruses:
As Phil was living in Ireland temporarily, this track was recorded on a Portastudio 4-track using a drum machine. Since he didn't own a sequencer at that time, Jonny triggered his Roland U20 to play the bass line of this song from the painstakingly programmed drum machine as well. This song is "significant" as one of only very few vocal contributions ever made by Colin, the others being his humming at the end of 'Coke Babies' and some buried spoken lines in 'Trans-Atlantic Drawl'.
