The first interlude of Episode 1 is Thom performing an early version of 'Cymbal Rush', then credited to Radiohead as a whole under 'Try to Save Your Prize'. Text appears on-screen which references multiple tracks on 'Hail to the Thief'. A transcription appears below, with links to referenced songs where applicable:

THE SLAVE

The audio seems specifically composed for this short film. Whether it was composed by Radiohead or not is unknown.
This is a partial music video for 'Myxomatosis'. It was directed by Chris Bran and uses imagery from Thom's sketchbooks.
This is the first instance of a recurring segment called "My Showbiz Life", a surreal parody of celebrity interviews. These originally appeared in the "Inside Out Night" webcast. This time it features Thom being interviewed by someone named 'Darryl'. The editing is erratic and Thom's voice is pitched down. A transcript appears below:
???: Rolling!
Thom: This is the stupidest thing you've ever done, Darryl.
Darryl: Thank you. Good afternoon.
Thom: (chuckles)
Darryl (off-mic): Is it afternoon or morning?
???: No it's... evening.
Thom: Good morning! Good evening! Is it... Is it? Evening, yes it's evening.
???: Evening, yeah.
Darryl: So... Good evening, Thom!
Thom: Hi!
Darryl: What's the last freebie you ever got, and how did you get it?
Thom: Ah. Last freebie I ever got was uhm... A Russian egg! From uhh... some big fish in Microsoft I don't know the name of.
Darryl: Very good!
Thom: Now I just need to go to Russia!
Darryl: What's the most money you've blown in a single day?
Thom: Ooh.. Uhh......
Darryl: Next question.
Thom: Six fluffy [unintelligible]
Darryl: When was the last time you used your celebrity status to get something?
Thom: (chuckles) S- Uhh.. Was uhhh....
???: Yesterday!
Thom: Yesterday! Uhh I got... some free petrol.
