On March 25th 2000, the song was premiered during Radiohead's third webcast:

On August 6th 2002, the song had its only live performance, in Salamanca. The song was probably never a serious option for Hail to the Thief, and so it's not surprising, that it was played only once during the Iberian tour. As a sidenote, during this tour the still unfinished 'Go To Sleep' temporarily started with the lyric "mother mary come to me", which originally had been the opening line of "I Am A Wicked Child", before Thom changed it to "holy mother". Nonetheless, both songs had highly similar opening lyrics at this point:

This handwritten lyric sheet was probably thrown into the audience during the Salamanca concert and later submitted to ateaseweb.com. Interestingly, these lyrics here don't match any of the three versions available:

On August 18th 2003, 'I Am A Wicked Child' was released on the second of two Go to Sleep singles. It was paired with 'Gagging Order'. Apparently both recordings are outtakes from the Kid A sessions, not new recordings from 2002.
The engineering credit for Graeme Stewart could also point to the rehearsals for Hail to the Thief in spring 2002, but a conversation a fan had with Thom after one of the Chicago gigs in 2006 indicates that not just the songs as such, but the specific versions, that were released, come from the Kid A sessions. This has not been confirmed yet.
